The vessel has spent most of her life in fresh water in the upper
New York State area. It was stored on land for a period of over six years and
prior to that was hard plumbed to a dock as a summer live-aboard -- hence the
low engine hours.

Boarding the vessel from the starboard side, you enter the salon just
aft of the lower control station. This is a fully equipped helm station
with full engine controls and instruments. Starboard is a lounge chair
aft of the captain's helm chair facing the lower control station:

Opposite you on the port side is a comfortable couch:

Moving aft, you go down a few stairs and enter the the spacious owners
stateroom. Large full-size bed on port side of the vessel. To starboard
is a twin bed. Huge amounts of storage in the form of lockers and
drawers.

The full head has a separate shower:

Moving forward through the salon, you go down a couple steps to the
galley. This is a complete galley designed for live-aboard or "on the
hook." Full-size Norcold refrigerator, microwave oven and three-burner
electric range and oven, as well as cavernous storage and ample counter
space, make the galley a pleasure to work in.

Moving forward from the galley, you enter the forward stateroom,
which features significant storage in the form of lockers and drawers.
Sleeping accommodations are a pair of twin-size V-berths. Several
portlights provide a bright and airy atmosphere. A forward head is next
to the forward stateroom.

Forward guest stateroom with twin V-berths, port hanging locker,
starboard drawer cabinet, four drawers under V-berth. Guest head
features head, vanity and sink.
