This is a turn-key boat! In the past five years, she has had just
about everything done to her. She is ready to go sailing! I have bought
a larger boat and must say goodbye to the Ericson 27.
I understand that the market is flooded with boats of this size and
price, but they are not turn-key. I am flexible with the price and want
to sell but not desperate. She is a must-see boat.
